Remembering September 11

LaMATS reminds all Louisiana local governments and others flying the American flag that proper remembrance of the tragedies of September 11, 2001, requires that the Nation’s flag be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, September 11 (Patriot Day).
