LaMATS Celebrates Youngsville CAO and City Clerk Promotions

LaMATS congratulates Sally Angers of Youngsville, recently promoted from City Clerk to Chief Administrative Officer.

In a statement released October 23, Youngsville Mayor Ken Ritter praised Angers’s thirty years of government service and high qualifications: “Sally is an accomplished administrator, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with a proven record of dependability, loyalty, and professionalism,” said Ritter. “I am confident that she will excel in her new role.”

LaMATS also congratulates Nicole Guidry, Youngsville’s newly appointed City Clerk. “We’re very proud of the close working relationship we’ve had with the City of Youngsville over the years. Sally has been a tremendous advocate for our services and programs,” said LaMATS Executive Director, Cliff Palmer. “Sally and Nicole are true professionals and the epitome of public servants to Mayor Ritter, the Council, and residents of Youngsville.
