LaMATS Cooperative Purchasing Commission Seeks Chair Nominations and New Members
With more than twenty members representing Louisiana local governments, the LACPC is looking to name its first Chairperson to help advise and direct the Commission in its joint purchasing of supplies and equipment. All members are welcome to nominate themselves or other qualified member representatives. New member municipalities and local political subdivisions are welcome to join at any time, and once included in the Commission, may make a nomination. The LACPC will be accepting Chair nominations for the 2022-2023 term through April.
Developed in accordance with the Local Services Law (La. R.S. 33:1322 et seq.,), the LACPC is a participant-directed cooperative joint commission that allows members to cooperate and administer purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment.
