LaMATS Features Arborists at Mid-Winter Session

Responding to numerous requests from local government leaders for qualified arborist services (including tree trimming, debris removal, etc.), LaMATS reached out to the Louisiana Arborist Association's Daryn Bovard to introduce his organization and address attendees at January's LMA Mid-Winter Conference in Baton Rouge. 

The Louisiana Arborist Association (LAA) is dedicated to promoting Louisiana tree professionals through education, business development, and community engagement. Bovard, who directs the organization along with an advisory board of licensed arborists, stressed the importance of hiring qualified, licensed, and insured providers, citing local leaders' need to assure public safety and fiscal responsibility.

LaMATS Executive Director, Cliff Palmer, noted the LAA's statewide reach and explained that LaMATS can connect any municipality with qualified local contractors through the LAA's provider network. "We're grateful for Daryn and his team and look forward to building on this partnership in the months ahead," said Palmer.
