LaMATS Purchasing Services to Address Post-Disaster Management at October LMCA & LCAA Meetings

Upcoming annual meetings of LMA affiliates, the Louisiana Municipal Clerks' Association and the Louisiana City Attorneys Association will feature training and presentations on timely topics of post-disaster management, contracting and legal matters related to disaster recovery.


LaMATS Procurement Consultant Paul Holmes will be among those to speak at each conference.


Holmes, an attorney, served as the Louisiana Municipal Association’s Senior Defense Counsel for 16 years and with the Louisiana Division of Administration for 10 years, including time as the Director of the Office of State Purchasing. He now serves the LMA membership once again as Procurement Consultant to LaMATS where he administers LaMATS Purchasing Services programs.
