LaMATS Welcomes Mayor Mike Kloesel to Board of Directors

City of Kaplan Mayor Mike Kloesel, re-elected last March to his second term in office, has joined the fifteen-member LaMATS Board of Directors for 2023.

Mayor Kloesel, whose city utilizes many LaMATS services, says he is honored by the Board's invitation to serve.

"Kaplan believes in LaMATS," he said. "And we know very well how important its work is to all Louisiana local governments."

Mayor Kloesel also noted that his friend, retired Carencro Mayor Glenn Brasseaux, has recently stepped down from LaMATS Board service.

"I'm pleased to follow Mayor Brasseaux's great example and will continue to represent our region's needs and concerns on the LaMATS Board."
